e-Visits

E-visits are available for established patients only. If you have a routine straightforward ailment and cannot make it into the office, just use our form below and describe your condition. Please include a phone number in case we have more questions, and the name and phone of your pharmacy. We check this email frequently during the day and always before we leave. On Fridays we close at 11:30 am, so any requests after 11:30 am will not be seen until Monday. The cost is $25, payable through PayPal™ (a PayPal account is not necessary). Insurance cannot be billed for this service.
