Office Hours/VISITS
We are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Thursday. Dr. Schrenker is at the Nursing Home on Fridays, but Angela is here from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
We have an open scheduling system. This means you will usually leave the office without a scheduled return visit. You are busy and have things that you have to do. So why would either of us want to set a date for 3 to 6 months in the future to see each other? We will give you a reminder slip to call our office when we need to see you. That way you know your schedule and we are not booked up months in advance; just call and we will get you in.
NO-SHOWS
Because you are the one scheduling your visit, you should remember to show up. But everyone has a bad day—or growth day, as I call them. So if you miss one appointment, no problem. However, if you miss another appointment we will have to charge you $50. I schedule a lot of time for each appointment, so when someone does not show up it significantly impacts our bottom line.
